Environmental responsibility is central to how OMNI‑PAC Group develops and manufactures moulded fibre packaging. We use recycled paper and cardboard alongside carefully selected fibre materials to create strong, practical packaging designed around product protection, supply-chain performance and end-of-life considerations. We continually review our materials, designs and manufacturing processes to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency and support more circular packaging systems. Recycling, biodegradability and compostability requirements are assessed according to the composition and intended application of each product.

OMNI‑PAC Group transforms recovered paper and cardboard into useful moulded fibre packaging for a wide range of applications. By returning fibre materials to productive use, we help reduce reliance on conventional plastic packaging and preserve the value of existing resources for longer.
Our products are designed with their complete lifecycle in mind—from material selection and efficient manufacturing to transportation, use and appropriate end-of-life recovery. Where product composition and local recycling infrastructure allow, used moulded fibre packaging can re-enter the paper-recycling stream and contribute to future fibre-based products.
We also consider nesting, stackability and material efficiency during product development, helping customers reduce storage requirements, transport volume and unnecessary packaging waste.

OMNI‑PAC Group brings together extensive moulded fibre expertise across France, Germany and the United Kingdom. This European manufacturing network combines local knowledge with Group-wide design, engineering, production and supply capabilities.
For more than 50 years, our teams have developed moulded fibre products for food and fresh produce, poultry, medical care, horticulture and custom protective packaging for a variety of industries. From established product ranges to completely bespoke solutions, we work closely with customers to understand their products, operational requirements and sustainability objectives.
Our international reach allows us to serve customers across more than 50 countries while maintaining the technical expertise and collaborative approach of an experienced manufacturing partner.

OMNI‑PAC Group’s values guide how we develop products, manage our operations and build relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and local communities. Environmental responsibility is central to our approach, alongside quality, innovation, integrity and dependable customer service.
We consider materials, product performance, manufacturing efficiency and end-of-life recovery throughout the development of our moulded fibre packaging. Our teams combine technical expertise with in-house design and tooling capabilities to create solutions suited to each customer’s product and supply-chain requirements.
We are committed to controlled processes, continual improvement and open collaboration across our European operations. By investing in our people and working closely with customers, we aim to provide consistent moulded fibre products and practical packaging solutions that deliver long-term value.

OMNI‑PAC Group’s people are central to the quality, reliability and continued development of our moulded fibre packaging solutions. Our multidisciplinary teams include designers, engineers, technicians, production specialists and quality professionals working together across our European operations.
Through ongoing training and knowledge-sharing, we help employees maintain the skills required to support changing customer needs, manufacturing technologies and regulatory requirements. This expertise allows us to manage projects from initial packaging concept and bespoke tooling through to controlled production and delivery.
By combining technical knowledge with a collaborative, customer-focused approach, our teams develop practical packaging solutions suited to individual products, applications and supply-chain requirements.

Together we can endTake > Make > Waste
When we talk about ‘take-make-waste’, what we’re referring to is an approach to resources. This model is the basis of the linear economy, in which raw materials are collected, transformed into products which are used briefly, and then thrown away. Take, make, waste.
Circular economy is an alternative framework for designing, making and using things that is kinder to the environment. Unlike the linear economy, it is restorative and regenerative by design, and prevents waste by recovering and reusing as many products and materials as possible. In other words, the circular economy tries to embed things in cycles: take, make, use, consume, regenerate, restore, reuse.
All our environmentally friendly products ensure the sustainable management of our environmental resources and are employed in a raw material cycle.
